Catching Levels 1-3

This program will focus on enhancing your overall performance behind the plate. Stance/setup, receiving, blocking, and throw outs.
HiTtrax Session

Using the HiTtrax platform, collect data on your swing with one of our coaches for interpretation. Or, book your individual data collection on your own.
Rapsodo Session

Using Rapsodo technology, collect data on your pitch with your own personal coach or one of our coaches. Tracking your data with Rapsodo helps you identify your patterns, trends and overall development.
Fielding

Our fielding program includes stretching and strength training specific to position. Our experienced coaches will teach proper fielding stance, glove work, and hand-eye coordination.
